Across the masts.

Si hay algo que no falta en los alrededores de Dublín son sus múltiples pueblos pesqueros, de pequeño tamaño y muy bien conectados a la ciudad por los buses o por los trenes. Creo que durante tres semanas he ido a la playa no sé, 193119321731 veces, bueno a la playa dentro de que alguna de esas “playas” puedan adaptarse a tal definición. 

If there is something that you’re not going to miss around Dublin it’s all the many fishing villages, with a small size and very well connected to the city by buses or trains. I think that during these three weeks I’ve been in Dublin, I’ve visited the beach, I don’t know how many times, 193119321731 times, well I don’t know if saying that I went to the beach is a true because a big part of this “beaches” doesn’t look like one. 

Estas fotos son de Howth, un pueblo cerca de Dublin, con muchas muchas rocas y con uno de los atardeceres más increíbles que jamás he visto. Y es que la luz del sol se traspasaba a través de los numerosos mástiles de los barcos que yacían en el agua, apelotonados unos con otros, sin casi hueco para un triste pez que quisiese nadar. Era realmente bonito, y gustaba coger un tren y escaparse allí de vez en cuando.

 These photos are from Howth, a village near Dublin, with many many rocks and one of the most incredible sunsets I've ever seen. It was magic because the sunlight passed through the numerous masts of the ships that lay in the water, huddled together with each other, with almost no space for a sad fish that wanted to swim. It was really nice, and I liked to take a train and escape there from time to time.

 

¿Qué decir de mi outfit? Pues se trataba de una falda negra de tablas con imitación de piel o de cuero o de lo que sea que intente imitar. Por otro lado, una camiseta que me compré en el Penney’s (el Primark de allí), y es que llevaba mucho tiempo queriendo una con estampado de Mickey Mouse, y esta me encantó. En mis pies, mis converse blancas y en mis labios el Ruby Woo (Mac).

What about my outfit? It was a black skirt with faux leather tables or leather or whatever it tries to imitate. Also, a t-shirt I bought at Penney's (the Primark of Ireland), cause I wanted a t-shirt with a Mickey Mousse’s pattern since long time ago, so, I bought this one.  At my feet, my white converse and on my lips the Ruby Woo (Mac).
