"Un día, tres otoños", y un pequeño haul.

¡Feliz navidad! Soy una mala bloguera que no actualiza todas las semanas, pero bueno, aquí estoy. ¿Cómo van vuestras vacaciones? Las mías como unas vacaciones normales y corrientes, con mucho frío y mantas, y abrigos oversize para recorrer la ciudad. Ayer pasé el día en Málaga, y aproveché para hace algunas compras en el Primark (el cual no vi casi nada que me gustase) y en la Fnac, y en  librerías, y fui a ver la exposición de paisajes de los naturalistas a los vanguardistas (con un Van Gogh, ay) y también fui al cine a ver “La Grande Bellezza” (la última película italiana, casi parece la Dolce Vita del siglo XXI) y en fin, muchas cosas. En este post os vengo a enseñar algunas de mis nuevas adquisiciones.

Happy Christmas! I'm a bad blogger who doesn’t update every week, but hey, I'm here. How are your holidays going on? Mine are as ordinary holidays, with too much cold and blankets, and oversize coats to hang around the city. Yesterday I spent the day in Malaga, and I took the opportunity to do some shopping in Primark (where I found a few things that I really liked) and in the Fnac, and in some bookstores, and I went to see the exhibition of landscapes of naturalists to the avant-garde (with a Van Gogh’s painting, aw) and also went to the cinema to watch "La Grande Bellezza" (the last Italian film that almost seems like the Dolce Vita of the XXI century) and finally, many things. In this post I come to show some of my new acquisitions.

Para empezar ese pijama que llevo ahí, os contaré la verdad, no tenía ganas de quitármelo para ponerlo en la foto de todas las cosas que había comprado, así que recién levantada decidí hacer una foto mientras bebía mi té matutino. Yo creo que ese pijama es DIOS. No, a ver, ya sinceramente, es la cosa más calentita y suave del mundo entero, tanto por dentro para disfrutar como por fuera, ya sabéis, así quien te abrace pues también lo disfruta, ay, y tan solo por 10€, de verdad, que a mí es que los pijamas del Primark me vuelven loca. Y además tiene una gomita al final de la pierna  y así no se sube, son todo ventajas, me voy a casar con él. 

To begin, that pyjama I’m wearing in that photo, I will tell the truth, I didn’t  want to take it off to put it on the picture of all the things I bought, so I decided to just take a photo when I’ve just woke up while drinking my morning tea. I think that pyjama is GOD. No, see, and honestly, is the warm and soft thing of the whole world and even better, it is soft inside and out, I mean inside for your skin and out for the people who want to hug you, aw, and only for 10 €, I think that Primark pyjamas always make me crazy. And it also has a cuff leg, so it doesn’t come up, everything are advantages, I'm going to marry this pyjama.

Y ahora, todo lo demás. Para empezar, ¿veis ese bolso de ahí? Es precioso, y burdeos, con el tamaño perfecto, también del Primark. Luego ese cuello-bufanda, también burdeos, que no tiene nada especial pero que llevaba tiempo queriendo uno y voilà. Después tenemos esos calcetines tan PERFECTOS, que son super calentitos y supe suavitos y super todo, son los super-calcetines. Y de ropa, c’est tout. Luego fui a la Fnac y se me fue la pinza, compré dos películas, una es la de “An Education” (peliculón) y otra es “One Day” que ya hablé en una vez de ella, y también allí me compré ese cuaderno de tazas taaaaaan bonito. Luego fui a Lush, y vi que estaba el Snowfairy que solo lo venden en Navidad, y yo pues claro pues lo compré porque huele a chuche y es genial y dan ganas de comerte tu brazo. Y por último, ese libro, El libro, que llevaba un año queriendo de mi escritor favorito, que hace un tiempo hablé de él, Diego Álvarez, “Un día, tres otoños”, esa compa, ese libro, fue lo mejor del mundo.  

And now, everything else. To begin, do you see that bag there? It is beautiful, and burgundy, with the perfect size, also from Primark. Next, that neck-scarf, also burgundy, which has nothing special but I wanted one for long time and voilà . Then we have those PERFECT socks that are super-warm and super-soft and super everything, I think they are the super-socks. And about clothes, c'est tout. Then I went to the Fnac and I turned mad, I bought two movies , one is “An Education” ( awesome movie ) and the other is “One Day” which I talked about it in a post, and I also bought there this notebook with mugs pattern soooo nice . Later, I went to Lush, and I saw that the Snowfairy was in stock (because is Christmas) and obviously I bought it because it smells like sweets, so good, and when you use it you want to eat your arm. And finally, that book , The book, which I wanted since a year ago and it is from my favourite writer, I talked about it some time ago, Diego Álvarez, “Un día, tres otoños” (A day, three autumns), that purchase, that book, was the best thing in the world.

Bienvenido diciembre: un fedora y "Le mépris".

 Queridos míos, ¡feliz sábado! Hoy es siete de diciembre. Es decir, ya estamos en diciembre, oh là là, eso significa navidad (dulce navidad). No sé cuantos exámenes me quedan para acabar este trimestre, pero creo que ya son pocos (Empezar a medir el tiempo en exámenes en vez de en días, es la clave)

Vale, bueno, ahora vamos a lo que interesa. Hoy os quería enseñar un outfit que llevé hace ya unos días para ir a dar un paseo. Lo improvisé un poco pero lo cierto es que me gustó el resultado. La clave de este outfit es las prendas de encima, es decir, el abrigo oversize de Mango, la bufanda escocesa, y mi fedora de Topshop en mi cocorota. Por debajo es algo simple: un jersey de angora rosa palo de H&M, unos pitillo vaqueros básicos de H&M y básicamente eso. Uy, me olvidaba, en mis pies llevo mis típicos oxfords negros, y de bolsos llevo uno del Primark cuyo cierre me encanta. Y ese era básicamente mi outfit.

Hey ya, happy Saturday! Today is 7th December. That means we are in December, oh là là, that means Christmas (we wish you a merry Christmaaaas). I don’t know exactly how many exams left to finish this quarter, but I think they are few (measuring the time in exams rather than in days, is the point)

Okay, well, now let's see the point of this post. Today I wanted to show you an outfit I wore a few days ago to go for a walk. I improvised a bit but the truth is that I liked the result. The key to this outfit is the over wear clothes:  the oversize Mango coat, plaid scarf, and my Topshop fedora on my noggin. Underneath is something simple: pale pink angora sweater from H&M, basic skinny jeans (H&M) and basically, that’s all. Oops, I forgot to say, on my feet I wore my classic black oxfords, and I took with me one bag which have a closure I love so much (Primark).

Por otro lado, Godard Godard Godard. En mi anterior post, nombré una de sus películas, la cual aún no he visto, sin embargo he visto otra de él: “Le mépris”, no sé qué decir, tan solo que me encantó. Yo que sé, yo creo que es que la calidad con la que se hacían antes las películas, es decir, la forma de estar grabadas, es única. Ese aire sesentero, ya me entendéis. Brigitte Bardot sale preciosa, sin embargo, no sé, estaré loca pero me parecía mucho más guapa otra chica que salía. Es una película que requiere estar espabilado, bueno, no sé, a mi parecer todos los detalles mínimos, hasta los colores (rojo intenso que resalta en distintas cosas) presagian el final.

  

By the other hand, Godard Godard Godard . In my previous post , I appointed one of his films , which I have not seen yet, but I have seen another one from him: “Le mépris” I don’t  know what to say about it, just that I loved . I think that in the past (really, not so long ago) films were recorded with a quality that now it’s impossible to get again, I mean the quality of the image is absolutely unique. That sixties atmosphere, you know. Brigitte Bardot looks lovely, however, I don’t know, maybe I’m crazy, but I prefer another girl who also appears in this film, I think that she’s more beautiful than Brigitte. Anyway, it is a film that requires you to be attentive, because every detail, even the colors (that deep red highlighting in different things) herald the end. 

Es una película que trata el cine, que trata la literatura, que trata el amor. Y su banda sonora, aish, es todo el rato el mismo tema que se repite continuamente en distintas escenas, a mí eso me encanta porque hace que asocies la película a dicho tema. En este caso, para mí, esa música es como la representación de nostalgia. Taaaaaaan bonita. Bueno, pero qué decir, ésta es tan solo mi humilde opinión, y es que cada vez que veo más cine me doy cuenta de lo poco que sé de cine, y lo cierto es que me encanta, me encanta descubrir. Esa ilusión de principiante es  lo mejor.

It is a film about cinema, about literature and about love. And the soundtrack, aw, is all the time the same theme which is repeated in different scenes, that makes me love it because you associate the movie to that song. In this case, in my opinion, the theme of this film makes me think all the time about the nostalgia, it’s like if you could listen something that represent nostalgia, I would listen it. Well, but what to say, this is just my humble opinion, and actually, every time I watch movies I feel like I don’t know anything about cinema, and the truth is that I love, I love discovering , you know, the illusion of the beginner is the best one.
